At the start of their first academic year law faculty students will receive a visitors card for the Maastricht University Library as well as an UM-account to get access to their electronic sources, even from home. ASSER series

The Asser series is the most important source of civil law in the Netherlands. The complete Asser series (+30 volumes) is available in book form in Law Library Limburg, but can also be consulted online in Kluwer Navigator via Maastricht University.
To log in on Kluwer Navigator: click on "Login voor WO/HBO" and then choose Maastricht University. Next click on "uitgaven" and then on "Asser-serie".

Beck-Online Premium

Beck-Online is a German (language) full text database, providing access to German legal resources. You can search legal magazines, commentaries, legal codes of each state and court rulings.

Belgian Monitor

The Belgian Monitor is the official publication of the Belgian state in which laws, royal decrees, decrees, ordinances, the establishment of many associations, etc. are published. The publication is provided by the Federal Department of Justice. Since June 3, 1997, the Belgian Monitor is available online.
